I thought you understood, that the basis of your question was based upon the name of God being used, such as El or El Shaddai. By answering that, your question became null and void, because your foundation was destroyed by the question that it was written by someone else because of the name EL and Yahweh being used. Did Moses write Genesis? I do not know as I said before. Jesus did not write the gospel of Matthew. They repeated what was taught them. The same could be said for Moses.

As I stated before the flood is mentioned in the bible because it was a fact. Cultures all over the world have a flood story, not just the epic of Gilgamesh, and yes I heard of the Lilith myth. As I mentioned before, it comes from Jewish lore. Furthermore, I do believe that certain books should probably have been part of Cannon, like Enoch 1. However, since it is not, I use it as reference only, to see what the people of the day thought and considered. The problem with the story of Lilith, is that it is not in harmony with the rest of what I consider cannon. However, you give no weight to the scriptures, and you do err by not doing so. The story was given by Moses. I did not say he transcribed them. It is easily understandable that the scribes during moses' time or years later may be the ones who put pen to paper. But the stories came from Moeses.
